AI's natural language processing capabilities mean this knowledge doesn't need perfect organization - agents can understand context from conversational documentation and extract key procedures from lengthy documents, dramatically reducing the overhead of knowledge transfer.

In practice, this might look like automatically connecting a current database access pattern with a similar incident from six months ago, even if the user, database, and specific query are different. The vector database recognizes the conceptual similarity between these events based on their semantic representations.

Raw data recall isn't enough - agents must understand how to apply organizational context to security decisions. Consider how a skilled analyst processes an alert about unusual database access:
