Hi! I’m Jack Naglieri, and I am passionate about helping organizations leverage the best technology and practices to detect and defend against cyberattacks.

I’ve spent my career working in incident response, cloud infrastructure, and software development, and now I’m the Founder & CTO of Panther: A company with the mission of making security teams smarter and faster than attackers.

As a security practitioner, I worked on the Yahoo Paranoids and Airbnb’s CSIRT team. At Airbnb, I built an open-source project called StreamAlert, released in 2017 and widely adopted by high-tech companies.

In 2018, I founded Panther to continue building on that concept and create a unified platform that any team could benefit from. In 2021, Panther achieved unicorn status, and today we are grateful to serve some of the most respected security teams and enterprises, including Docker and Coinbase.

Panther delivers robust AI agent capabilities to complement core SIEM infrastructure and support threat hunting, alert triage, detection engineering, and SOC reporting.
